Phoenix Elite Title & Escrow is led by Attorney at Law, Sam Argall. Sam graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2010 and has been a licensed attorney in Iowa since 2011. In 2021, Sam became a licensed attorney in Arizona as well. Sam has been involved in the land title industry for 10 years, performing on thousands of closings in his career. Sam is a ILTA Certified Land Title Professional. Sam’s number one focus is customer service and he realizes that through strong leadership and employee engagement with his team, he can achieve the highest level of service. Sam wants to do the best job he can do for his clients. Sam and his team always strive to provide the easiest and most hassle-free closing experience for their customers. Sam realizes that his service to clients is a direct reflection of his partner’s service and their reputations.

The production team consists of Ashley Argall who has extensive Real Estate experience as she worked for many years as a Coordinator to some of the top agents in Coldwell Banker. She is tasked with overseeing the quality of each file, both timelines are being met as well as accuracy before the file is then doubled checked and signed off on by Sam Argall. Mike Morris and Ken Price are the Escrow Officers and have been trusted team members of Sam’s for 10+ years. Sam counts on them to provide accurate timely files to maintain high levels of efficiency. Some of the accolades the rest of their team boasts are U.S. Marine Corps veteran, licensed realtor, decades of experience with Fortune 500 companies, marathon finisher, and qualifying to compete on Jeopardy!
